After college, Ramon embarked on his real estate career, starting as a junior associate at Westvest Associates. He then grew into a leadership position, serving as Vice President of Kaizen Realty Partners for over 13 years. During his tenure, Ramon developed a strong foundation in commercial real estate, which played a key role in his ability to successfully close over $250 million in sales year to date. Over his career, he has successfully sold, leased, or represented over 5 million square feet of real estate across the state of Florida.
